Credit Cards are well known and a de facto payment method the world round. Angie's Attic currently supports the use of Mastercard and Visa credit cards through PayFast and makes use of a variety of fraud protection mechanisms to protect against chargebacks.
Instant EFT via Payfast
Instant EFT is PayFast's patented, revolutionary method of EFT mediation which enables a buyer to pay via EFT from the major South African banks but without the hassle of a 2 day waiting period or faxing proof of payment.
Ukash is a voucher based payment system which practically allows "cash only" buyers to buy off your website. Buyers purchase a voucher at major retail outlets (eg. Pick n Pay) and redeem the vouchers against purchases from your site. This works for international buyers too!
PayFast has the ability to dispense vouchers which are redeemable at any PayFast seller. Vouchers can be purchased for yourself or someone else!
You will be provided with an Order Number during the checkout process.
It is vitally important to quote your Order Number as a reference.
Please then email us (email@example.com) confirmation of payment from your Internet Banking system, so that we know to expect your money in our account.
Once we confirm the money is successfully transferred we will confirm your order.

Angie's Attic offers deliveries counter-to-counter (Post Office) or to your door. Please allow 7-10 working days delivery time on orders. Please note that for EFT payments, no orders will be dispatched prior to a payment reflecting as successful in the our bank account.
Deliveries to the door will need to be signed for so please ensure that someone is present to take delivery.
Orders will be wrapped and placed in a courier bag - completely discreet. No branding or reference to the product will be visible.
Shipping is charged at R150 per order up to 2kg. Additional charges may apply for remote and outlying areas and will communicated with you prior to payment of your order.
Any orders shipped already but are then cancelled will incur a courier fee deducted from your refund to cover the courier charge.
When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. No automated transfer of money will take place until we have confirmed the order. Please note that Angie's Attic reserves the right to not accept orders placed on it. You will be notified if your order cannot be confirmed. If any money has been transferred in the event of a rejected order it will be repaid, in full directly into your account.
||No orders will be shipped prior to Angie's Attic receiving payment in full. This applies to all methods of payment. Any delay in payment will result in shipping and delivery delays.
||Please ensure that the delivery address you supply is correct. We will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
||Angie's Attic cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery address details, so please take extra care when entering this information. In the event that your delivery address seems to be incorrect, we will attempt to contact you (using your registered contact details) and try and re-arrange delivery.

Goods are not exchangeable or refundable for both hygiene and security reasons. If you are unsure of the product, please contact us with any questions you may have.
Most of our toys come with a one-year manufacturers' warranty to make sure they are in good working condition.
If Angie's Attic supplies the wrong product or if the product is in any way damaged or faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect, Angie's Attic will exchange it for the correct one within 14 days of notification by the customer. Angie's Attic will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if replacement is not possible, Angie's Attic will refund the purchase price including delivery cost. Goods are not guaranteed against faults resulting from normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to insist on the product being returned to Angie's Attic for inspection before refunds take place.
Delivery costs for returns resulting from damaged or faulty goods as a result of a manufacturing defect will be paid for by Angie's Attic.
If Angie's Attic supplies the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, Angie's Attic will exchange it for the correct one. However, if the product is no longer being offered at the special price, it will not be replaced and we will refund the buyer's purchase price including delivery costs. If the customer is not satisfied with his/her choice and the product is still in mint condition, the customer may return it within 7 days of receipt by the customer and Angie's Attic will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs). Angie's Attic will in all instances arrange for the collection of items by a courier. In the case of a customer returning items because s/he is not satisfied with his/her choice, a collection fee must be paid by the customer before collection is arranged.
